Where is the farmhouse located?

La Ferme des Hautins is located in the village of Rieucazé, just a 10-minute drive from the town of Saint-Gaudens.

Where can we park?

Free private parking is available in front of the farmhouse or next to the cottages.

What is included with the room?

Your stay in our guest rooms includes bed linen, bath towels, and breakfast.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m.

How many guests can the rooms accommodate?

La Ferme des Hautins has three double rooms for two guests, one room for three guests, and a family suite that can accommodate up to four guests.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning; however, each room has a fan. The Emilienne room is equipped with air conditioning.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay on site by credit or debit card, cash, cheque, or holiday vouchers.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guest rooms.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, both in the common areas and in the guest rooms.

Where can we eat?

You can book a meal at our **table d'hôtes** at the farmhouse (please make your reservation at least one day in advance). There are also many restaurants nearby, particularly in Saint-Gaudens, Aspet, and the surrounding area. You can also enjoy a picnic.

Are the guest rooms located in the owners' house?

Four of the guest rooms are attached to the owners' house, while one room is located in the private section of the property. Guests also have access to their own shared lounge.

Are the rooms upstairs?

Four of the rooms are located upstairs, while one room is on the ground floor.

Is there a room suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes. We have a ground-floor room that is accessible and adapted for guests with reduced mobility. It is certified with the Tourisme & Handicap label.

Is there a charging station for electric vehicles?

Unfortunately, we do not have an electric vehicle charging station on site. However, there is one nearby in the village of Lespiteau, at the carpool parking area.

Is there a coffee machine or kettle?

A coffee machine and a kettle are available in the common areas.

Are vegetarian meals available?

Yes, we can provide vegetarian meals. Please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Which motorway exit is the closest?

The closest motorway exit is Exit 18 – Saint-Gaudens. However, we recommend taking Exit 20 – Saint-Martory, as it is more economical and will not add any extra travel time.

Which towns and cities are nearby?

The closest towns and cities to the farmhouse are:

   - Saint-Gaudens (10 minutes by car)

   - Tarbes (1 hour by car)

   - Toulouse (1 hour by car)

   - Pau (1 hour 20 minutes by car)

Can guests access the kitchen?

You can ask us to use the refrigerator if you have food that needs to be stored during your stay. However, guests are not permitted to prepare or cook their own meals in the kitchen.

Is there a swimming area nearby?

For swimming, you can enjoy the swimming pool in Saint-Gaudens, the swimming pool in Aspet, or Lake Montréjeau.
